His Way Ministry is founded and operates on the following beliefs:

• The spiritual man and the natural man are not two separate entities.  They are interwoven in one being like a seamless web.

• Man's eternal life begins the day he is born.  Our life here on earth is just one part of our eternal life.
• Every man is a truly unique creation of God and each has a unique role in God's plan for salvation.
  

• A spiritual conversion of heart and mind will change our natural life as well as our spiritual life.

• The natural life must be sustained to provide the opportunity for spiritual conversion.

• We are our brother's keeper. 

• We have a God-given responsibility to assist and guide our brothers in their spiritual conversion.

• Only God through His Holy Spirit can cause our spiritual conversion.

• Our role is to provide a living example of the Christian lifestyle as the role model to encourage spiritual conversion.

• Individually, our Christian lifestyle should represent as nearly as possible Jesus in action here on earth.

• As a Ministry, we should exemplify as nearly as possible a living Christian Community.
